October Audio will repair or replace our pedals in the event a product fails to work due to defects in materials or workmanship for a period of 2 years from date of purchase. If repair is warranted, please ship the product to us, including details of the issue and proof of purchase. This warranty does not cover pedals that have been modified by the consumer. We’ll do our best to understand the problem before determining warranty coverage- your feedback is important to us. October Audio will cover return shipping of repaired/replaced units.

This warranty is valid for consumers who register their product and demonstrate proof of purchase.
